I'm Jessica- A Reiki practitioner, sound healer and intuitive guide devoted to creating spaces where people can soften, exhale, and reconnect with their own inner wisdom.

My work is rooted in the belief that healing isn't something that's done to you - It's something that unfolds with you.

I approach each session as a collaborative & embodied experience, meeting you exactly where you are with curiosity, care, and deep respect for your nervous system & lived experience.

Through Reiki, sound, breath, intuitive guidance, and gentle movement. I hold space for regulation, clarity, and self-trust to emerge organically. No two sessions are ever the same. Each offering is guided by what is present in the moment and what your body and energy are ready to receive.

Nature, slowness, and safety are central in my practice. Whether we are working together one-on-one, in a group setting, or outdoors in the quiet beauty of my garden studio, my intention is always the same: to create a container where you feel supported enough to listen inward & remember what you already know.

This work isn't about fixing or becoming someone new. It is about returning to yourself.

I offer a variety of experiences including garden sound baths, Women's circles, free community healing sound baths, beach offerings and continue to create unique gatherings to come together.

In-Person Private Offerings

I offer private sessions and group experiences in a variety of settings. I am available to hold and create sacred space in your home, private venue, or event location, allowing the work to meet you where you are.

As weather permits, I also welcome clients into my home studio, where sessions are held outdoors in the beauty and grounding energy of my garden.

My offerings are not limited to what is on my site. So please feel free to connect and we can discuss what works best for you.

I am open to offering my energy in service to women's groups & community spaces. These offerings, when possible, are gifted in support of healing, restoration, and remembrance.

Energy Exchange

Each session or event is unique and the pricing may vary, so please feel free to contact me for more information on how we can create an experience for you. I would like my offerings to be available to everyone so if you feel you cannot meet the listed energy exchange I will try to work with you to come to an agreement.
